This is good news indeed. I would be very interested to see how normal vs sport mode works with the shorter springs, stock shocks and PASM given the recent remarks from journalists. If one can get away with just changing the springs and retain the rest it would be great! As for the spacers, I guess doesn't P offer high qualities spacers for 997tt as in all 996 series? It's a definate must and makes the car look so much better.
Now all we need for the 997tt to look as it should always have are the techart(or GT2) dual exhausts, 19' formula wheels and techart or GT2 front bumper.
Then the 997tt will start looking the part!
I had the H&R spings on my 2005 Carrera S. They worked great! However there certainly some downsides. First sport mode was like a rock. Really hard on the lowerback. I never tracked my car and sport mode was just a little to firm for the street. It looked awsome lowered and I had techart 19s. However. its pretty low and would scratch the bottom of my TechArt front spoiler coming in and out of driveways. The first time it happend I was really pissed off but after the first time i realized it just goes with the territory. Also the plastic flaps behind front wheels would touch the ground after you entered a dip in the road. So Yes I LOVED the way it looked. But at this point i dont plan to put them on the turbo. Who knows though sometime in the future I migth change my mind
