Also, car could be refined in many aspects but it seems that they don't even care. Maybe with the facelift...

Yeah...and they messed up marketing big time.
But again - when I drove the R8 every little boy was on the street and giving a thumb up. It seems that the perception on the younger ones is right. I also think its just our age. We did grow up with the image of Audi as a car for teachers and people working for city and governmental jobs. In the US Audi always had a better positioning.
Second - today there are so many super cars out there. Its not about image anymore. Its about the fun you have. Don't even care about image or what people think of you. Its over that the car is a status symbol. You can get a decent S-Class, for 10.000k used. You can buy a R8 old model for 40k. And as most people don't see a difference between an old and new car, the image and status factor is more or less gone. It is like with the watches - you spend the money for yourself, for your very own enjoyment!

Here's another video from him with Porsche Design Tower content. This guy has put out more Ford GT content then most other owners combined in the week he's had the car. Yeah, that's retarded. I don't know any one who likes to live in their garage, so I can't see why anyone would want their cars to live with them. It's also most likely a giant pain in the ass.
How many cars elevators does it have and what happens if some guy on the 50th floor wants his car out buy the guy on the 49th is already using it? How much quicker is the normal elevator down to the parking garage?
I can think of no reason why I'd ever want a car 50 stories in the air when I could just as easily leave it on the ground. It probably takes longer for the system to get your car off the platform than it does to drive out of the underground garage yourself.
It is very convenient to unload the groceries and all the shopping bags from the nearby Aventura Mall 
(you can do some real damage there, we filled the trunk of a Suburban...).
More seriously, the tower itself is really nice and the garage thing is just to charge more and give a unique distinction so why not. The real problem is that the area isn’t quite up to snuff with others in Miami.

Yep, Sunny Isles Beach needs some serious stuff going on but it already happens (old Publix was demolished and they build now a gigantic one there, only one goodie of many).
Also, Miami and other locations aren't far away, so no problem. 😎👍

No personal shopper? Prêt-à-porter is moot if one is acquiring a $32 million rough space condominium.
You would be surprised how many truly rich people buy their stuff by their own at Aventura Mall. Just pay attention to the watches people there are wearing and what kind of credit cards they use when paying. You'd be amazed.
This is what I love about Miami and South Florida, many many loaded people but you barely notice it (if you don't look closely). Sometimes those who aren't that rich look richer than the really rich ones.

This is also something we like a lot. You can fly under the radar or you just can arrive in a $1mio car and toss the keys to the valet parking and no one ill look at your like you come from another planet. It is a very refreshing feeling and pretty rare to find it. People look at external sign of wealth as a reminder of the success one can have and not with jealousy like in Europe. No none will bother you or follow you because you wear a half million watch or diamonds and you don’t need bodyguards around you.
