         Will and how will Aston get compensated by Synthetic Plastic Raw Material Co Ltd? Or is AM just screwed? And why should AM be using cheesy plastic pedal arms in the first place????

    One must also question Aston-Martin's quality control group for not finding this issue before this massive, for them, recall.  At the pricing points of these automobiles, every component should be inspected for adherence to specifications, with destructive testing of components from every shipment.

    They should have used a different supplier, like Authentic Pedal Arms Made of Steel Manufacturing Co Ltd. 

    This is why I avoid buying products made in China, although that's getting very difficult lately.
