Interesting concept, but no thanks!

That would make a great advertisement for your shop. Stylistically it looks a bit odd since it does not give enough indication for its primary use, the transportation of an individual. There is no reference to the "movement" in traffic. As a delivery vehicle with a company´s advertisement on the side, it does look useful.

If I lived in europe - yes!) cool thing)
Apparently you don't know many parts of Europe too well ...we have tons of bicycles with an additional electric motor here, they are called eBikes and are very popular. Some of them even hit up to 45-50 kph (limited by the law) but they are usually artificially limited to 25 kph if you don't want to use a small license plate on them.
Prices are in the 1200 to 4000 EUR range with some quite usable and reliable models in the 2000 EUR range.
So I just don't see how The Boxx could have success over here, it is a lost case in my opinion. The company apparently didn't investigate the European market too well, there are just too many eBike offers here and most of them are cheaper. Oh...they also don't look as hideous as The Boxx.
We also have this: http://www.zeromotorcycles.com/de/ , I really don't see the point of The Boxx.
Btw: I have something like this (KTM), top speed is up to 30 kph (officially 25) in electric mode only but you can go faster by using the pedals of course. Range (real life) is around 40 km if you use the electric motor all the time but it is up to 90 km if you use it only from time to time.

RC, just asking, why would you have an electronically assisted bike, being a healthy man in your 40's? Isn't the purpose of riding a bike, the exercise you get from it?
Easy explanation: I hate riding anything without an engine. My only sport is Krav Maga (lately full contact, which makes my body look as if I'm related to the Smurfs ) and I have a weight lifting machine next to my dorm because my Krav Maga trainer told me that I have to build more muscle mass (something I really neglected, even now because I am so tired when I get home). On some weekends, especially when it is nice outside, my wife and my kids want to ride a bike and they want me to join them. I am usually exhausted from work and training, so the last thing I want to do is to ride a bike. Solution: I bought an eBike, so whenever I'm fed up with using my legs, I use the electric power.
I am an addict to everything with a motor, even an electric one. My son has an electric ATV (Quad) for our garden, this thing does 50-60 kph...

Don't you own a pharmacy?
I like the design of the bike but I don't think I'd be seen riding one around town. eBikes are becoming quite popular here, but with our winters they are only useful for 8 months of the year anyway.

@RC As you are totally into engines, you ought to go for this -> http://www.stealthelectricbikes.com.au/
There's already a seller in Germany, unfortunatelly in Austria, but have a close look to that, it's AMAZING!!

Wow, very interesting. They look like like half bike, half motorcycle. I'd love to try one out.

You need to have a license plate(for smaller motorcraft vehicles) on one of these and you know how stupid this looks on a bicycle? I rather get a motorcycle then.
