Maybe I'm getting old but I hate teasers. I always feel annoyed by them, which actually makes me not want a specific product. Am I the only one?

I absolutely agree. Show it or leave it, nothing in between, please.

Lambo - FAIL. The Gallardo now looks like a tarted up Fast and Furious. Looks of needless cladding, cutouts, lines and angles.
I'm still of the opinion that the 1st Gallardo was the best visually and aurally. The old V10 engine wailed and the design looked smooth and cohesive.

I was about to say that isn't the real thing just some PS... but then the last picture on the showroom... OMG WTF!!!!!
It looks terrible. I thought i'd read somewhere that the Lambo management promised less re-chewed design editions of the same thing.. I hope the above thing is a very very limitied final Gallardo edition. It's hideous to say the least. The very original one was so clean, but this is

Regardless of its fish face, I really hope this is their final-final Gallardo.
Tired of seeing 'new' Gallardo every other month or so.
Nope. Gallardo LP 575-4 Veloce Supremeo Lagate Nero-Double Zero to come next.
It'll will be 10 lbs lighter, have 5 more horsepower, black wheels, and a special plaque on the center console.
This "design inspiration" source posted on another forum made me laugh. It does look like someone at Sant'Agata got their facelift rear end idea from George Lucas.
It looks marginally better if you have the lower lip painted in gloss black. It's a very poor restlye though IMHO. They'd have been better advised to leave the exterior alone and revamp the interior which is looking very dated. New seat designs and a version of Audi's latest MMI system would have been much more worthwhile.

I dont know how they want to motivate buyers to spend 200k for a new one instead 100 for a pre owned low mileage car. Lets be honest, 99 % will not see the difference and the tech specs seem to be not different either.
This business strategy seems to have a problem and being honest, at the end for any car manufacturer only one thing counts - earnings, revenues - money!
Very well said. If I wouldn't usually lease my car(s), I would not buy them new anymore. Look at the current depreciation of most high performance cars, the first day you pay 200k and one month later, the car is worth 140k if you want to sell it. Oh boy...
I already found 991 with low mileage for 20% and more less and it is even worse with the Panamera Turbo S for example: New car price 201k EUR but half a year and 8000 km later, you get only 145k...if you are lucky.
Let's be honest: Yes, I love owning a new car and choosing the right options and color is something special too. However, if the depreciation is that huge, I prefer to bite into the sour apple and save 30-50k or so.

Absolutely agree here. And one more thing: your sour apple isn't as sour as it used to be! All those manufacturers are building so many cars, even high level sports cars are built in considerable numbers nowadays. So the chances that you may find a sligthly used car which comes close to what you may call the ideal colour and option choice are definitely better than some years ago.
