Two different countries, surely? 
The silver car is initially shown driving on the left-hand side of the road. Maybe Scotland or Isle of Man?
The darker car is shown driving on the right in a country which uses double yellow lines down the center of the road. Don't know offhand where that could be. Any ideas, anyone?

Yes, Pacific coast highway 1 in California?
On looking at the vid again, I think I was mistaken about some footage being taken in a RHD country. What I took to be a white center line probably marked the right hand edge of the road.

It's not to my taste. I would personally prefer a stylistically well-integrated, discreet fixed wing to this piece of engineering overkill.
I agree. Porsche should have "gone back to their roots" and put on the whale tail.

That rear wing unfolding is quite funny (but not necessary).
The coastal road is CA HWY 1 near Mendocino (my backyard 
). The mountain road could be many places including CA's Sierra Nevada.

I think the Panamera is a good looking car. Sure, it has a fat ass, but more in the sense of an elder statesman that can afford to have a fat ass without anyone complaining...
