    don't play with my feelings ///M5!....if that thing is coming to the U.S.- I could see myself going to work ALL summer in one.... with the helmet... and stepping out of it in my suit. It would be hilarious.

    Frank, GM's Director of Design in Burbank, CA imported an Ariel as a kit car, assemble it, and registered it at the local DMV as a kit car under "Special Construction". If you can register this baby in CA you can bet it will be 50 state legal.

    Not a bad idea to buy the kit without the engine and then supply your own K20 motor. K20s are abundant in CA. And I believe under "Special construction" you are smog exempt.
