Have you kept the hardtop on, and left the softtop folded all this time? Or was it due to the fact that it was shipped with the top folded that it's wrinkled, and you've had no luck with the wrinkles??
In any case, you should be able to steam them out. Heat and moisture. Once you've got them gone, don't leave your top in the down position for extended periods (obviously), and also play around with different ways of "helping" the top into its folded position to see if there's ways to fold it so that material is not crimped in-between folding framework. On my old american convertible tops, I usually have room in the well area to fold the top material OUTWARD, away from the collapsing frame, rather than allowing it to fold inward hence trapping and crushing it inbetween the compressed framework, and it keeps the top as-new indefinately.
