Installation of ipod is perfect using the Porsche Phone Mount ... just remove the phone with the cord ... and fix the dension mount for the ipod ... looks like it comes right from the factory ... had it in my 996cab ...

That would almost be impossible. The audio system is a digital system with the analog conversion talking place at the output amplifier. The CD is a digital device where the iPod output is analog. That is the problem, trying to get a analog output into an all digital system. There is just no way currently to do this.
A buddy of mine called me from CES this week. They had a cayenne with an IPOD hooked up to the CD changer interface. they successfully hacked the MOST Bus. Its about time. They said this was just a prototype and expect that it will be at least 90 days before they have production units. I told my buddy I would be more than happy to test one as I already have an extensive IPOD integration in my 997 and I am good at breaking things. As soon as I know more i will post it.
Is that true iPod intergration? Will you be able to control the iPod from the PCM and see the track names and play lists on the screen? Or is it just an AUX like input.
Yes they showed IPOD track names and steering wheel control on PCM in a Cayenne. Very cool. Lets see how long it takes to get from prototype to finished product!
