-PIC- Another Reason I'm Changing the Wheels on my 997TT....

Ok guys I was at the gym this morning and as I was leaving something catches my eye..I look at this Mitsubishi Eclipse parked across from me and the wheels catch my eye...Im thinking to myself where have I seen similar wheels...Then it hits me 997TT...Im sorry I know its a matter of opinion and everyone has their own but this is another reason Im definetly changed my wheels when my TT arrives... Here's a pic I took with my camera...

LMAO ,, your so correct BD..

No but keep the wheels on your tt the same . Just paint the tire lettering in white , it will sure look nice and you can post pics on here for us..

Maybe I'm blind the 997 TT wheels don't even look close to these. Sorry. If you want similar wheels, you better look over to BMW. I love the new 997 Turbo wheels, finally Porsche has decided to walk away from the old "bulky" design.

I just always thought if your getting a car with a wide rear that you should get a wheels with nice deep lip (atleast 4"-5")just in the back in order to make it look even wider... thats just my opinion of course

We are starting to argue over aesthetics. Just because I like blond's, doesn't mean you are "wrong" to prefer brunette's.

I'm thinking about putting these rims on my Noble M400, I hope Porsche offers something as simple as this for a 997TT wheel option:

Don't Porsche ideas or they will create a $1000 option to paint out the central strake on their Turbo wheels to give this more aggressive , imo, look :

After getting my 2nd blk/blk 996TTS w/factory-painted blk wheels

, I can't imagine ever getting another blk (is there any other color?

) P/F without factory-painted blk wheels and yell PCCB/scud red CCM....

Real question is how wheels look in context of massive yell PCCB 3.0 calipers....and how cool wheels/calipers look when car is in motion....which is hopefully how it's most often seen by others.....

Honestly, I thought the new TT wheels also looked too much like the Vette wheels, which I also don't like.
