    Wow, that is a serious competitor. Even I would have to do a double take on this over a 911.

    Also, it has strong overtones of the Bugatti Veyron if you look at the rear flanks...

    The front end looks like a star wars toy to me - the harder some Porsche-competitors try, the more everybody should acknowledge that the 911 (whatever MY you look at) offers a unique blend of sportiness and elegance at the same time.

    its weight will probably be Bugatti-ballpark also

    It's written below the picture that it will compete with the 911 in price but have an extra 200hp. I find that VERY difficult to believe.

    I've been hearing that its base engine will come from the RS4 and have around 400hp. If the base model is priced close to the the base 997, the gap could only be about 100hp at best.

    This could turn out to be a great effort by Audi.

    I have sat in this car at LeMans 1.5 years ago. It is beautiful car and has peaked my interest to the point that I ordered one. The rumors that I have been told is a twin turbo V10 for the high end car and twin turbo v8 for entry level. V8 with 450 hp and did not get hp figure for v10. I know that you take these with a grain of salt, but it is something to think about.
