Thanks for posting, it's an entertaining video. Totally pointless, but entertaining. Interesting that JC would choose the SLK55 AMG over the Boxster. When Vikki Butler-Henderson drove the Merc round the Anglesea Race Track for 5th Gear she said she'd have had more fun walking round the circuit. But then JC likes the American hot-rod type of car, which is why he bought a Ford GT when he could have bought a Ferrari F430. I know which I'd have if I had the money. And it wouldn't be the Ford.

I just try to live with the fact that JC hates porsches and when he starts his wining and complaining about i.e. lousy designers at porsche and such I just laugh and ignore it. It's nice to see all the cool photo/film shoots that they made and I've watched almost all top-gear episodes since a few years back.. you get used to JC after a while 
When JC admit that the boxy is like an IPOD I just say.. hey.. I like the modern and clean designs that apple does but I hate the shirts, clothing and cars that JC selects
Tiff Needel is however my favourite.. don't know if that has something to do with the fact that he loves p-cars

I agree with your comments - I do enjoy the car adventures they've done in the latest series - so much so that my September 06 South of France trip will retrace their tour down via the Millau Bridge and I'll also take in the Gorge du Verdon where JC took the Audi RS4 and raced the climbers. My May trip to Germany is to Monchen Gladbach which is temptingly close to the Nurburgring - although I reckon I'd chicken out taking my pride and joy round it - now if we at Rennteam clubbed together and hired it for the day...or at least could arrange a meet there - that would be a Rennteam Meet par excellence! What's the chances, RC?

JC's dislike of Porsche goes back a long way, but part of it now is to annoy the other two presenters who both love Porsches

It's too weird. Fun but weird.
IOW, If I die and go to heaven and I get to drive God's sports car, will I be able to generate all sorts of criticisms of it so people will watch and discuss my show?
Why couldn't he have been positive about BOTH cars and in the end say, "Both are the best of their kind and One's more agile one's got a more fun powerful engine."
Saying negative stuff like Porsche's design sucks, or Boxsters are for [whatever] is stupid.
