j--19" tires are the least common (of the 3 Cayenne wheel diameters) in SUV applications. For instance, the very good Kumho ECSTA STX (

http://www.toyo.com/tires/index_frame.html ) simply aren't available in 19". The Pirelli Scorpion Zero (
http://www.us.pirelli.com/en_US/tyres/catalog/tyre_category.jhtml;jsessionid=H5VZW3ZJJ1A3VFYKJOPCFFA?catid=US_SUVHP&productid=2643 ) is, but, in my experience, this tire gets quite noisy as it wears. The Yokohama AVS S/T (
http://www.yokohamatire.com/TireSizes.asp?TireID=7 ) also is available in a couple 19" sizes, but this tire starts out a little on the noisy side and gets worse.
Selecting tires for high street AND good OP performance is a problem when one's SUV is so high-performance on the street. I picked Toyo Proxes S/Ts in 295/45R20 on 20x10" wheels; see
http://community.webshots.com/album/83864348CQGRnR . Their 30.4" diameter increases ground clearance about 3/4" all over and, of course, makes the final gearing a little taller, but, so far, they're doing very well. Even had it on the racetrack (
http://forums1.roadfly.org/porsche/forums/cayenne/forum.php?postid=4096543&page=1 ) where it really impressed a bunch of Porsche sportscar guys.
BTW, I'd pick 20x9.5" wheels next time; those rim edges are mighty close to the outside of the tire's belly.
