    The problem with this turbo, is that since generation 997 resembles the 993 generation, everybody has that litle hope of seing again the fricking whale tail spoiler like on the old turbo.

    So do i, so do i...

    I guess, after the car is launched, some tuner will do an aftermarked spoiler just like the 993.

    Woshhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh.

    Oh yeah and everybody would love see the return of the red back stripe.

    You see the lines of the camo surrounding the vent ?
    I bet anything the slats on the side vent is a still part of that taped on piece.

    I don't know what to think of those spy pics. I can say that after seeing those pics i am less excited about the new design. I honestly like the old spy pic that danny G posted better. I hope the side vents are not like that at all. I think they are hiddious! I like the rear spoiler (looks like 993 S), but i think the previous photos with the whale tale would have look nicer with the slanting body line of the rear of the car.

    RC, you know better that all of us. Are we all being lead to a dissapointed?

    I also think the fog lights running left to right may be part of the disguse. If you look close they seem to be longer then the space they're suppose to fit in. I think they'll be more of an open space for the radiator scoops.

    BMW must have given these old wheels to Porsche when they updated the 760Li this year . ( They also got good closeout deals from Toyota on the MR2's side intake grills for the 987 Boxster and from VW on the Beetle for the Cayman fog lights . )
