thanks sergini! thats the best side by side comparison of the C2 vs C4 rear width I have seen.
Not very notieable at all, only notice it if you look closely for it otherwise goes unoticed. It not like the 996 narrowbody (C2/GT3) vs widebody (C4S/TT) which was very noticeable.

I think the difference is pretty noticeable. Especially when looking from the front but even when looking at the rear in this shot. When you see the body panel line between the rear bumper and fender it is longer and the budlge is more pronounced. Obvious ? No but easily seen by fanatics. By normal people- no.
Just bring on the Turbo already !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

let me work .....i need to put in theese video a lot of subtitles ...there are so many thiefs ......
got muddy till my knees in order to shoot this video, and I do want it to be ascribed to Rennteam and forumdellecapre.
i translate also in italian because the thiefs are too ingorants : dato che mi sono infangato le mie fastose scartpette da pilotino per far sti video prego di non modificare o alterare alcunche' .hahahaha!!!e un bacio in bocca al Polenta.potete ovviamente postarli sempre se non ve li cancellano subito.

I think it's a decent difference, but you've got to look at the cars as a whole, not just stare at the wheel flares. But as such, and honestly with ZERO sour grapes or fender-flare-envy going on, I kinda prefer my C2S. It looks lighter and more svelt and athletic, while still retaining a menacing rear 3/4 view that pushes all the right traditional 993 buttons. The C4 looks a bit fatter, froggier, and unbalanced. The C2 is like the perfect form of a perfect female body. The C2 is Jennifer Garner, the C4 is Jennifer Lopez, over-emphasis on the booty. The kid in me would think, the wider the flares, the better. But with age, I like to think I've developed some taste beyond my pimple-popping, whale-tail loving, bling-bling goofy years.

Well put but I think the wider rear (even if it is only slight) adds a certain muscle to the car. And with the wider rear tires. Yumm. If I was buying a car now I would choose the 4S Cab over the C2S. Can't wait to see the 4S is person. It would be even better if we could just skip to the Turbo. Can't wait.
