    REVO ECU Flash

    I have a 2000 911 C2 Cab, and I had a Porsche tuner in Tempe, AZ do a REVO ECU Flash. I did not notice any difference in performance, the car did not run well, and it burned through gas at a rediculous rate. I messed with the settings for two days, then finally set it back to stock. Has anyone had any experience with Revo? I have not changed anything else yet, but I am considering changing the exhaust and intake. Should I forget about making changes unless I am going to a supercharger?

    I heard from a competitor that Revo can have inconsistent results. Anyone else heard this?

    I posted some information previously around what TPC (TuborPerformance) emperically experiences around exhaust upgrades and the fact that very, read none that they have dyno'd, improve performance and in fact, most, read all they have dyno'd, degrade performance.

    Exhaust upgrades, headers, cat bypass, ect.. modify sound but generally do not improve horsepower on the 996.

    TPC has told me that in their experience the stock setup is the best from a performance standpoint and when i performed the supercharger upgrade with them they asked specifically if i had the stock exhaust on the car because they feel so strongly that it works the best.
