    I was on the Winning Team at the 24hrs of Le Mans

    I don't want to brag, but I must tell you that I was on the Pit Crew of the Champion Racing team that won Le Mans !
    What an expereience ! What a great honor for America, and Champion Audi, Tom Kristensen ( 7 Le Mans Victories !)
    J.J. Lehto, and Marco Werner ! The First American Win in 37
    years ! What a blast ! It almost killed me, and all of us; but that's why they call it an endurance race. The Drivers,
    cars, and crew are trully pushed to their limits; but it's
    all worth it. I just thought you might want to know.You should see the trophy....

    Hawe you been working on the car or massaged the grid girls?

    Any secret stories you want to share with us? Can you comment on the laptimes of the three drivers - have they been fairly identical?

    Fantastic web site Revvv, top draw pictures.

    I also had a great time at Le Mans and was lucky to meet up with the 4 mechanics of the White lightning porsche team for drinks just after the race. They lost out to first place (GT2) by only 2 minutes, after almost totalling there car in practise,,,quite an achievement to rebuild a very damaged car in 48 hours. as the drinks flowed and flowed the conversation was all about how they could have shaved those precious 2 minutes and who was to blame.
    I asked Joe ( newest mechanic to the team) to grab some tools and have a look at what he could do to improve my C2S, which he really rated btw, interesting his only recommendation was to really firm up the shocks, unfortunately I cant remember the product that was recommended (to much wine and beer) and in his tired and intoxicated state, I wouldn't have left him near my beloved machine.
