Yep, the Lambo buckets are the worst indeed. 
Drove a M3 Comp xDrive with bucket seats for a weekend and loved it. Very comfortable, great seats, would never order such a car without them (many still do 
).

Agree the 918 buckets are not very good. The 996 and 997's though, are sublime.
the old Recaros from 996 and 997 - in usa were illegal but I imported them from Carnewal, just wonderful. best ever were Scud and Strad with no lift, the new Ferraris with lifts suck.
in NZ, the ROW folders in my 991,1 and.2 gt3s were pretty good.

Porker:In for the 2000km maintenance, and also requested to take out the tinted rear windows and replace with clear glass, looks a bit more classy at least.
My son would kill you… 😂 He thinks that the glass isn‘t tinted enough. 😉

Porker:Fresh out of service/tint delete.
Looks great, congrats! Sorry for the basic question but how does tint delete work? Is it by the replacement of the glass? I personally don’t like the contrast between the usual front clear/back tinted side glass on cars. I find it kills the design/line of a car.

spudgun:Removing the tint foil does the trick.
Tint foil??? There is no tint foil. He had to replace the windows (I think).
I get it...he wants people to be able to see the beautiful sports seats in the back.

My thoughts exactly, I get it (somewhat) on an SUV, but not on a sedan and not at all on sports cars. So many 911's now driving around with tinted rear quarters, why.

Absolutely. At the time I asked to keep the rear side windows clear when ordering my GTS and only have the rear window tinted to continue the line created by the glass roof. Not sure if still possible.
