    woody77, I think you may be trying to upload photos that are too large in dimensions. Try reducing them to 800 pixel wide maximum, like 800x600.

    How about resizing them?
    If you don't know how to do it, send them to one of our moderators or to me at rc@rennteam.com .

    We already raised the upload size limit to 3 MB(!), larger sizes would be insane.
    A lot of people don't have broadband access and me and our co-editor CR are sometimes managing Rennteam.com using a Smartphone and a slow GPRS connection only.
