How about resizing them? 
If you don't know how to do it, send them to one of our moderators or to me at rc@rennteam.com .
We already raised the upload size limit to 3 MB(!), larger sizes would be insane.
A lot of people don't have broadband access and me and our co-editor CR are sometimes managing Rennteam.com using a Smartphone and a slow GPRS connection only.
