And he is absolutely correct.

Formula 1 is a team competition first. Teams are trying to build the winning car each season. They then try and find the best drivers available to deliver that championship to them. Which normally in the process, their drivers, well one of them, will win the driver's title. Not always however.

One look at how the prizes are structured tells the truth. Prize money are given out on where the teams finished, not where individual drivers finished. Top drivers of course will get paid still, but by the teams, and retained.

That’s so Miami. There’s much that is fake with that place starting with some of the women. Returning to the porpoising issues this little video misses another use for the metal strakes - mass dampers. I think his mental focus is misguided. Focusing on the wrong Mercedes driver. His future battle is with Russell, that's Mercedes future star driver. Skill wise, arguably Russell is on par if not better than Max, Russell has proven that he can drag a uncompetitive car to unexpected places. See his Williams days and now Mercedes.

I agree. But personally I think the continued swipes from Jos, Marko and Max come from insecurity about the win from last season… it’s done and dusted… they need to move on and should focus on Ferrari.

It is what it is, Max was gifted the title, by some human mistakes, that's fact, can't change that. But if Max wins again this year, he would have done a back to back across two different regulation eras and would cement him being a great driver. If he wins this year, I would rank him above Alonso, as Alonso done his back to back in a single era.

But if he loses the title to Leclerc this year, then doubts would start to creep in.

And thank God Russell beat Lewee the Lil' Sniveler who drove him off the track for the temerity of passing Him.

But Hamilton fans can still rejoice ... because at least Hamilton wasn't lapped again
