And while some would argue Porsche should never have had an SUV in the line up, I would argue that the GT products have never been more interesting. In other words, one product does not exclude the other. I just hope Porsche will continue to offer from both ends of the catalogue.

You are right guys, Cayenne was an important product, but lets face it, in road cars range it could have been a more "sportscar producer" than "suv car producer". Its difficult to argue with profits digits, but there are the brands that have become very efficient without bloating the production numbers

Maybe, but when the circumstances change, they will both jump on the next band wagon. Be it horse carts, compressed air engines, nitrogen or whatever. We'll always have performance cars to drive.

I think there will be such a situation, when it will be very difficult to own anything, I expect worldwide depression, but it is the different topic.
