    slr engine in slk "55 amg"!!!

    Ok, it sounds strange but it is true...don't know if this was a repost, but it is very interesting!!!!...

    Now this slk could eat any sportcars for breakfast ..


    Of course this sorts of things are only spotted in Dubai...why is that ??? ???

    how's that? it was already a porky pig at 3500 before putting the heavier SLR motor in it and it still has a slush box for a tranny.

    If a memeber of a royal family ownes a SLR, than none of the close family memebers can own one unless otherwise the engine is fitted in a different model Mercedes .

    I'm sure he could get a good deal on a SLR itself, they're not selling good at all.

    A friend bought his SLR for $550k.. and sales are still going strong with hefty premiums.

    Bin Slayem is known for his tuning, he turbocharged the SLK 32 (supercharge and turbo at the same time).
    The turbo charged Land Cruiser is faster than the murcialago. And offers a 1 year warranty as well.

    i would seem so! go to www.exoticspotter.com you will see bugatti eb110's and koenigsegg ccr's etc. etc. all the most expensive cars mostly spotted from dubai!

    More of a "rich people" hot spot.
    But very nice weather, very good food, very nice and generous people if you treat them with respect and a beautiful architecture, not to forget about the only 7-star hotel in the world.

    BTW: BS is a very famous middle eastern rallye and race car driver, he loves fast cars and has a collection.
    I heard that he is a good family father too and that he has to hide the car keys from his kid(s).
