lexs4:hunterone:Big Congrats.
Thanks! And yes @Ferdie kept the ride height for now. Ride is compliant enough, we will see if it stays that way
Was the lower ride height set through an additional module? I know that MTM provides a lowering module so a software switch should be able to reset it to the original ride height readily.
nberry:throt:Perfect combo, lexs, you lucky boy
I believe he sold his 992GT3 back to the dealer.
Oh, okay, yes, lexs touched on the overs offered.
992 GT3 has not created the same buzz which the 991.2 did. Well, imo, it hasn't.

Oh no I kept the GT3! Definitely a lucky boy. I could have sold it back, but guessing the market isn't going to collapse (unless Russia/Ukraine situation kills it), so going to keep it and enjoy it for a while longer.

lexs4:Was wagon day at Cars & Coffee, had to park by lovely dark green FF.
Dark green V12-Ferrari in a parking lot? You know there's a good chance it just broke down.

This is an event in the States, meaning it was driven to the event on a trailer and pushed into location. Also note that it was a cars & COFFEE event.

It can't break down if it's in the dealer's yard.
In fairness to Ferrari, it never broke down! The electronics just said it would break down.

Well the RS6 is now gone. It was a troublesome car with lots of electrical issues, including the time it had a complete electrical system failure killing the 48V and 12V batteries stranding my girlfriend and myself in a not so nice part of town. Since then the gf was very vocal about her disdain for the car. Can't say I blame her, was also tired of the constant gremlins popping up.
Glad I owned the car though at it was always a dream car of mine. Went back to a Macan GTS for my daily. Interestingly the RS6 is just going to sit on the lot for a while as there is a stop sale in the US for RS6s.
Funny, my '16 Macan S is in the shop with at this point in time unknown mechanical issue. Wouldn't accelerate more than 25% before hiccuping. Day 2 at the dealership. It has 72K km so i am thinking an RS6, if i can get one, to join my R8. But I want a reliable car, was your car first year of production?
Thanks AJ

It was a '21 which I believe is first model year for the C8 version in North America. I know some, including an owner on here, have had better luck than me. Maybe mine was an outlier, I really liked the car...when it was running. Talking with some of the people at the dealership (it's a Porsche/Audi/Maserati/etc... dealership) newer Audi's seem to be having lots of ECU issues. Take it for what it's worth.
Good luck on the Macan, hopefully it gets repaired quickly. Frustrating when they don't know the root cause, my RS6 was at the dealer for 3 weeks at one point.
Get a BMW, guys...both my son and me are using one each as daily drivers and have had zero issues so far.

waiting for PDK:
Lexs, Looking at the row of cars in your last picture, your dealer should have plenty of experience with warranty issues. Sorry to hear about your experience. Audi seems to be one of those brands with lots of new cars on the road, but nothing over four. Where do they all go?
Indeed, I see Alfa Romeo and Range Rovers...
I have my Macan GTS now for 5 years, impeccable car. I love the car, handling is very good, fun to drive, practical, reliable and still looks fresh in Carmine Red. Only downside is fuel consumption, on average more than 11liters per 100km, engine power is just adequate and throttle response feels soft.

Ha! What's also not shown are the Maseratis and Jaguars, so plenty of experience with warranty issues. It's a big dealership with Alfa, Audi, Jaguar, Land Rover, Maserati, and Porsche.
So it was just a faulty plug, less than 10000 km since they were installed. No new car needed, thank god. Drove the Macan S up to Whistler, our local ski resort, this weekend. There is something to be said for a small but powerful Porsche SUV with new snow tires on a mountain road. The rooster tail from the 295 mm rear tires on 21" snows is massive, not so nice for the people i passed.
