Understandable that Max doesn't agree with the decision to replace his sugar daddy, the one that gifted him his first WDC.
Masi made a mistake or two, with serious consequences, he got sacked because of that. Nothing unfair. Max failed to address that part.
He also doesn't like the fact that with Masi sacked, it means FIA acknowledged there was something wrong at Abu Dhabi and his WDC will forever have an asterisk next to it, he didn't win it cleanly.

Give it a rest. You are quickly becoming the equivalent of a couple of other posters on the Tesla page. It’s time to move on for the 2022 season.

Whoopsy:Max is the one wanting to bring it back into the front page 🤷🏻♂️
Plus, FIA have wrote that chapter. Decades down the road the 2021 season will be remembered as such. Nothing more, nothing less.
Most people probably stopped giving a s**t about it a week or so after if it was over.

Would have been nice if the FIA made their decisions known back then. Too bad the finale didn't happened until just recently, and the results wasn't even a surprise, confirming what everyone had been saying for months. 🤷🏻♂️
And I called it perfectly back in December, right after the race.
Call this my victory lap/parade.
Most think I am writing biased cause I like Hamilton more than Verstappen. And start arguing based on that assumption.
I am not, I just call them as they are happening according to the rules written.
Some of the orange army latched onto the Horner narrative about Hamilton trying to kill Max at Silverstone and only got off for a 'small' penalty. It isn't. As the rules are written and applied, That's the correct penalty to be applied based on all historic applications of past races. The consequences of the contact does not factor into the punishment.
Hamilton getting away with crossing track limit at Bahrain and Max didn't. It wasn't Hamilton's fault that the Masi and his colleagues didn't enforce that bit until much later in the race. That's squarely on Masi and not Hamilton.
Hamilton got a 'illegal' rocket engine. They chose to take grid penalty so they can use a fresh engine cranked way up, that's completely legal. Red Bull could have done that too but their engine package don't benefit as much.
Hamilton gone off at the start at Abu Dhabi and didn't 'give back' the advantage. He did lifted and give up the time gained before he cross the finish line for the 1st lap. Completely within the rules. He was ahead going into the corner, that's his corner and he was forced off by Max to start off with.
Literally every example Max fans can quote to say the FIA are biased FOR Hamilton is invalid according to the rules.
Max could have won it with a few races to spare. It was his title to lose in 2021. He deserves to be WDC for 2021 as he performed the best. He only made it close for the last race by being too aggressive or immature.
Strictly by the book, he would have lost the last race and the WDC. Wouldn't be fair to him but he only got himself to blame for losing as he threw away 50+ points over the season. Masi came to his rescue. That's the miracle Horner was praying for.
For me to keep commenting on races, I need a firm rulebook to work off. If the rules aren't being followed, there is nothing to talk about, and any comments will just be coming off like a fanatic Max fan or Lewis fan that only argue with emotions and not facts.
Now I wonder if the FIA will release the full report on their findings, or will that be too damning and embarrassing.

Yawn. A long way from a cancelation. FIA is hoping we have short term memory loss before the race.

Here is something way out of left field.
Haas runs on Russian money. With the current situation Haas may not have enough money to stay. As the Russian money can't get to Haas even if Mazepin wanted to.
Andretti wanted in. They could buy Haas and save themselves 200 million entry fee.
They might even get Haas at a great discount even.
Mick stays partnering with Herta.

TBH I dont get what is happening around the world (outside of Russia) to Russian people.. dont get me wrong I am not saying that what Russia/Putin is doing is right, but when I see what the world is doing to the Russian people is also not much better (creating hate twards all Russian)! Cant remember the last time that Americans were sanctioned like that after they have attacked and bombed countries.... But seems that this is the way, try to depress Russian citizens in order to get them make a revolution... I cant explain it in a different way...

None of this makes much sense since the sanctions have a significant spillover effect for the rest of the world beyond NatGas and oil. Russia is a large exporter of wheat and fertilizer. Removal from SWIFT can move the USD away from the world’s reserve currency meaning the U.S. will face higher interest rates on trillions of dollars of debt. This morning, Sen. Lindsay Graham was on the news screaming about Russia using illegal weapons. Other than the West going up against Russia militarily, there are few options available.

What we are seeing is the impact of the World trying to "Cancel" Putin and Russian people being collateral damage of their leader and Cronies being "Cancelled". Though the target is probably justified this time (unlike the woke mob going after Chapelle and Rogan). It is still dangerous as a whole with wide reaching ramifications and unintended consequences.
