White cars look great in countries/regions with lots of sun and heat like the Middle East, Florida, etc. But when it is grey outside, when it starts to rain and when all the other cars around you have dark colours, white doesn't look too good anymore. Especially since white leaves a strange feeling in my tummy when I'm thinking of that white special edition VW Golf Cabriolet II which still drives around in Germany. 
There aren't much cars looking good in white, the only one I can think of is the GT3 due to the racing heritage.

Most cars sold here are white, the highest resale value goes to car which are white... what is strange is that some countries like the US, the worst resale value are white cars !!
But i think white is special in a way ... my GT3 was white and it looked amazing... my next sports car will be white too !!

I Think the main reason is because of the sun. I such contries like Dubai, the sun is so strong, that if you enter a black car that was standing for an hour under the sun, you will face sauna conditions. At the other hand dark colors get destroid under such wheater conditions after a few years. And the AC hast to do a very hard work to cool the car.
Do you guys know the pearwhite color from alpha? This is an amaizing color.

White isn't very popular here in Scandinavia, but its my favorite car color! (for sports cars)

Agree. However, most white cars (in Dubai and every where else) have a black interiors.
