    Basalt Black/Terracotta CGT in Cincinnati

    Arrived approximately March 24, 2005 at Northland Porsche. I'm not sure if it's still there. This is the first time I've seen photos of a Basalt Black Metallic CGT:

    magnificent in black! I remember on some sites people bitchin about the interior of the cgt not being so good. These pics are the best i've seen and except for the wheel, what a great interior.

    Porsche needs to work on their steering wheel design, so dated. What a fat ass door that thing has, it looks like a bank vault. No better ass presently in production.

    Steering wheel disappointed me too. You would think they would do something cooler on a car this expensive.

    the steering wheel looks particularly heinous in terracota (as does the rest of the interior IMO). it's just too much of that color. i don't think it looks bad at all in the two-tone. also, it's very practical and allows you to concentrate on driving instead of say the F430 with all that crap on it's wheel.

    i don't think it was an option by the time my car went non-changeable.

    there is no thicker wheel option on the CGT, at least not in the official order guide.

    im sure the exlcusive deptmnt wouldnt have a problem with it.

    it probably can be done though

    production is just about over though
