Can you belive that this meet was not planned?
i was on my saturday afternoon drive,when i saw the F12 and the R coming out from a Hotel in Stresa,so i turn my car And follow them,at the first service station they stop And i understand that the R was a friend from Milano And the F12 is a US Rennlist member(friend of Nick,he has a 918 too And some other great Porsches)...incredibile.
so we make a ride in the mountain and then go back home.

Riccione would be a bit too far for me...but maybe we should do something on the 20th (Saturday)?
It would be great to meet, to have lunch together and to take a look at the car(s)...
Let's mark the 20th for a possible meet, only question is...where?
It shouldn't be too far away for everyone's home, so many people can attend.
Any suggestions? Maybe if everyone gets not to drive more than 200-300 km from his hometown, this would be achievable?

bgnnh:Anyone know the details of the recall to replace PDK in some of the 991 GT3 RS?? Is this really needed if no issues have been seen? Porsche is not saying much, just that some part is not within spec and they want to swap the PDK with a "new" one.
Even if your car doesn't show any issues now, you actually devalue your car with not letting Porsche exchange the PDK. Also, you could have serious warranty issues later on. My advice: Let them do it if your car is affected, otherwise brace yourself for a shitload of possible problems in the future, incl. resale issues.

This is actually something fantastic but this would require a proper planning and I'm just not capable of that.
So if someone is volunteering, I am pretty sure we are getting a couple of cars together to make it happen for a day...
