Yep, Carrera S with black dials. I tried to get the black dials for the Boxster S too but right now it seems to be impossible.

Typical Porsche! Unlike Ferrari where there's 1 option for deviated stitching, you needed to order up to 4 options on the 996 so that all stitching came "deviated." Looks like the same is true for the 997.

I originally thought that it was white aluminium dials have a silver knob and black dials have a black knob but this is obviously wrong because, in the photos above, there are black dials with a silver gear knob.
