It should be few kg lighter as standard and 20 to 30 extra with the proper package.

Some of the hardware that is slated for the GT4 RS could be heavier than that for the GT4 (particularly if the engine and gearbox are related to those of the GT3).  And bigger wheels/tires/brakes can add weight as can beefier suspension.  For example, I don't think a modern GT3 RS weighs less than its contemporary GT3.

    Re: GT4RS

GT3 engine only mates to a 911 gearbox, it will take some modifications in order to be mounted to a Cayman gearbox. It spins the wrong way around after all. The GT4RS likely retains the regular GT4 PDK box, perhaps with some gearing changes. Never say never however, I did asked AP about the rotation issue Weissach as I thought the engine was the GT3 engine, his reply was a smile and said we are Porsche after all and we know engineering. But that was before it was disclosed that the GTS got a new 4.0L flat 6, so his engineering reference could be the new engine and not an extra cog in the gearbox to reverse the spin direction.

The trick intake system probably gained a few kgs, they might put on composite hood and roof to shave some weight. The prototype is wrapped in black for a reason, covering up the yellow paint and perhaps the composite components. Fenders will likely stay as metallic. I don't see them fitting magnesium wheels to the car for cost reason so another big chunk of savings gone.

All said and done, it will be right around the ballpark of a 4.0 GTS PDK weight.

I don't believe wheel and brake changes are necessary.  The 718 is already tire size limited by its design.  I think all the brakes need is some reprogramming for bias.

I don't think GT4RS is going to use same wheels and tire sizes as GT4 - Porsche will go out of their way to be sure than the Cup2 R tires of the RS cannot be easily retrofitted to the GT4 (by using new wheels with odd offsets and/or diameter to make swaps difficult).

Well the wing is quite a bit more aggressive.

    Re: GT4RS

500 HP could actually be true. The GT3 RS 991.1 with 500HP on Cup 2 did the Nordschleife in 7:20 ( short version)

Considering that the R tire gain about 10 s on the Ring, which would bring a 500HP Porsche car to around 7:10

With the chassis improvements in the last 4 years and the 500 HP, the time of 7:04 would tie together.

718 has already the front GT3 setup from 991.1 I don't why the RS would not have the setup of the 991.2 GT3...with better mods!

    Gauss:

I don't think the 992 carries over the 991 bits for the front end.

Before, the 991 shares the whole front clip with Cayman/Boxster, so for some enterprising people, nothing is stopping them from bolting on a set of 911 fenders and bumpers and headlights to a Cayman/Boxster. Every the suspension mounting points were the same as they share the same luggage "bucket". Of course the bucket will be a bit different between RWD cars vs AWD ones.

Current Cayman/Boxster are still on the 991 platform, so the 992 bits will be hard pressed to be retrofitted.

Even of the road this car should be fantastic. Compact dimension, the hp and the different gear ratios
