Even at Parade Lap speeds, these cars look and sound great. And while I wouldn't say the pace is impressive, I'm glad to see the cars getting some fresh air (rather than being rubbed with a diaper in a climate-controlled warehouse).

Took the boy and the hearse on the Ring (both for the first time). The boy loved it the first lap (faster, faster!), the second one he was a bit paler so I had to cruise around the second half. The E63 felt similarly enthusiastic the first lap, it's surprisingly quick around there, especially any uphill sections where you can use the power. I literally had to hold back behind a 991.2 GT3 RS on the uphill section of Kesselchen. But of course when it comes to braking you quickly feel the limits of such cars, one brisk lap and that's about it, then they need to cool. Nevertheless, lots of fun to share the passion with my boy, he loved the place.

Hi-jacking this nice Nürburgring thread. (again, sorry).
I did the 6h NLS this Saturday. We did a good race and got a p4 in class (V4).
Then on Sunday it was TF as usual. 44 laps, 920 km's, a lot of petrol.

That is intense training and lots of sweat . Enjoyed your video, nice way to set it up. The day was perfect. Makes me want to go back before the season ends.

Currently at the Ring for end of the season driving.
There is an interesting Porsche event going on, the 60th anniversary of the Nurburgring Porsche club. Hundreds of cars.
