    That could be it - much flatter rear window than 911 and the camo test mules .In fact looks very swoppy " Boxsterish " in this pic.

    Is it me or does it look like they carry the 997 rear lights not the Boxster

    Not sure, if I had to venture a guess, I'd say these are the Boxster's lights.
    Can't wait for that car!!!
    It's gonna be amazing for sporty drivers!!!
    I predict less than 1,250 kgs which for a modern sports car is nothing short of spectacular!
    And with 295 hp, I really think it will be as fast as the Base Carrera.

    I guess Porsche had to show Lotus and TVR that they're not just sitting around . As much as I have heard that Cayman is a competition to Audi TT I believe is more inline with Lotus and TVR, what do you all think?

    The Lotus is still a lightweight, I think it weighs under a ton which is impressive but then, its useage it not as versatile as the Cayman will be I guess (GPS, Bose, bigger luggage space, etc.), as for TVR, they're much more raw man!
    These cars are a handful to handle! 1100 kgs for something like 350 hp!
    And it seems that quality is improving as they now offer a three year warranty with new cars or something like that, not sure.
    IMHO, Cayman will leave Audi TT V6 for dead, until the new TT comes along but still, the next TT V6 will still be a front engined 4WD car so less sporty in its approach then the Cayman already.

    This one does look like it's close to the real thing... I especially like the curve from the top of the back wheels to the lower part of the car (sorry, can't remember the English name for it).

    looks quite real, but not revolutionary. And the wheels look shopped too... just like they come from a red 911 or so. The rear lights look ok. On the camoed pics, you can see they look a lot like the 997 ones.

    I like the looks of the Cayman. Frontspoiler of the Boxster is already nicer than the 997 and the back looks good too. I'm not convinced about the little rear spoiler, could use a GT3 like wing

    Looks OK. But that's it. Nothing spectacular. Just hope the real thing will look a bit better.

    seems like none of you noticed the "hockey stick" on the side of the car, thats wayyyyy cool. Porsche did a better job here with this particular feature than did the originator, Ford, with the Mustang.
