McQueen:Atlantis:It's just the final facelift (Gen 3) before the BEV Macan is released in 2023.
I placed an order yesterday for a new Macan S for my wife. Not expected until the end of the year though.
I would choose Audi QRS3 Sportback instead, but it's me
My wife doesn’t like Audi’s so that would be a no-go!
BjoernB:It's epic because you have great new color choices and interior options - I think it's a very nice customizable car against the boring configs you can do on a mercedes for example !
I agree, but it's basically still a car built around the last-gen Q5, stretching it a little bit now...

I don't care on driving dynamics - point is with the Macan u can configure like no audi.

Matter of taste, but I think no matter what spec you'll configure on Macan it'll will stay ugly, especially with this huge black plastic mouth now. Q3RS looks much better, much sportive, cheaper and faster.

Italo:McQueen:It looks more aggressive, simply better
If you believe that this looks better than a Macan then you need to go to Specsavers or Vision express
Agreed, Audi's latest offerings are horrendous. Not quite up there with BMW yet though.

Getting back on topic, we’ve ordered the 14 way comfort seats for our Macan S as they were the ones fitted to the car we test drove. The dealer says that he thinks we’d prefer the 18 way sport seats but didn’t have a car fitted with them that we could try. From what I’ve read the 18 way seats can be a bit snug if you’re of larger frame, which we are not. And the leather on the large side bolsters is prone to scuffing/cracking. It would be good to hear from anyone with experience of the 18 ways.

Major difference between 14 way and 18 way is that the 14 way can be fitted with ventilated seats, 18 way can't.
In exchange, 18 way got more adjustments. But at 'standard' settings for adjustments, both seats are exactly as roomy. Or tight, depending on perspective. 18 ways added the extra thigh support adjustment. And yes, the 'wings' on the side bolsters are more extended on the 18 way.
For me I much prefer 18 way seats as they can be adjusted to be more 'fitted'. 14 way seats, even if I adjust all the settings to the tightest, it still feel too 'loose' for me, I am sliding around the seat all the time. 18 way I can find a position where I am completely enveloped but not confined. But the feel is very personal, on their body build. I ma 5'10" 170lbs. 33" inseam. Someone else with different dimensions will have different feelings.

Many thanks for the advice guys.
We don’t need seat ventilation over here so that wouldn’t be a reason for ruling out the 18 ways.
I think we really need to try the 18 way seats out. It wouldn’t normally be an issue but everyone seems to be low on stock at the moment and there is only limited opportunity to see/try various options.
