Re: Valkyrie final design?
Shaich:GT-Boy:Your comments about vehicle servicing were very interesting as well. I have no idea where USA owners get their Paganis, Koenigseggs, and SCGs serviced now. Can you just take a Pagani to an MB dealer since it has an AMG Powertrain ? Will an owner be able to have a Valkyrie serviced at a typical AM dealer ? This issue definitely adds a complex dimension to ownership far beyond that of a Ferrari or Porsche.
I am quite sure that AM will have a solution for this problem,... and I am also sure that those cars will not be driving that much (unfortunately). Buyers of such cars usually have already quite full garages with the best of the best.
Considering the price of admission to this ride and that (including the AMR Pro version) they're only building 175 units, I wouldn't expect Aston to do anything other than establishing a few service points in each continent and transporting the cars there when they need to. Not worth upsetting the operations of a complete dealer network for such a small fraction of the service business. And most owners of these cars will seldom drive them, sadly.
