Just a theory but don't you all think that the 997 Aerokit has already some influence from the new chief of design from SAAB?

Who knows... but it is a fact I think that all designers look over the shoulders of collegues... (engineers too btw) There are very few REAL new invetions, bth technically and design wise.

No. You see that "D" rotated 90 degrees clockwise on almost every new car grill out there. Ford, GM, Mazda etc., Very common and BORING.

I would like to see the front air-intakes larger and placed directly under the headlights. Those turnlights make the front odd (not in balance) IMO.

the inverted trapezoid is pretty common in german performance cars.

examples,

new 997, 996 turbo, bmw M3, mercedes AMG models...

hell, audi made it their entire front fascia.

i dont like the aerokit i dont see simularities wit SAAB!!

But indeed new designers are deeped in bore!

Most new cars are boring true.
