    As much as I don't like the wing in there 992GT3, I would never take it off, only if it's a factory option like the Touring where aerodynamics and suspensions are modified accordingly. If the repercussions on the aerodynamics of removing the wing wouldn't bother me or affect me in the use of the car, then I wouldn't be buying a GT3 in the first place

    There's a rumour that the lower downforce on a 992 GT3 without the rear wing can be offset by fitting rear seats! Smiley

    Don't forget that the GT3's aerodynamics are balanced across the front and rear axles.  The touring variant front splitter is similarly modified to compensate for less rear downforce.  Removing the rear wing of the GT3 shifts the aerodynamic loading forward with a corresponding movement of the center of pressure.  That will affect higher speeding handling and braking.

    It would be interesting to get some data re the aerodynamics of the Touring. It somehow seems strange that there should not be any change in suspension and set up vs the GT3. I also wonder (but can’t find) if there were comments from AP re the 991 Touring generation. The effects should be similar in the 992.

    The painted mouth looks  much better then the black plastic on the GT3. I wonder how many GT3 owners will have that part painted as well.

    I think the mouth is a pretty awkward part of the design and the flat black hides it better.  That part is $625 and looks easy to install for those who want a second version (black plastic for Touring or have it painted to match for Wing)

    I agree. I think in GT Silver for eg, the car looks better with more black / silver contrast - so carbon roof, and arguably a black mouth would suit it better. In dark colours, less of an issue.

    Currently, placing an order for a Color To Sample GT3, I have a question regarding configuration.

    QE1 Storage Package when ordered together with Q1K Full bucket seats will not include the storage net in the passenger footwell.  If so, what else does the storage package consist of in terms of luggage compartment?

    Does anyone have a clue?

    My god, that grey one looks amazing! First time I really love the design of the 992 GT3, probably because you don't see the nostrils and the mouth-like front bumper feature is toned down as well...
