expensive 987 vs cheap 997 (Evo mag)

There was a Boxster S with PASM vs Vanilla 997 comparison test in this month's Evo. Anyone catch that?
Basic findings were that, yeah, the 997 is better but it's pretty close. The PASM seemed to enable later and more stable braking when cornering for the Boxster (which seems quite a nice real-world asset IMHO), and was more recoverable on the limit. The 997 had more stable traction powering out of corners though.
