Very nice, I enjoyed it.
But the Aston guys is quoted towards the end of the article something like: Even though it's not as fast as the Porsche it'll make up for it with the badge and the exclusivity or something like that.
Well, that's a good point but not a valid one for proper sportc car enthousiast where performance comes before badge and exclusivity.
Very nice car.
Question: Doens't it seem a bit slim, only one car for hot weather testing? I mean, when you flick through the Porsche book and so on, you always see an army of 911s being tested in the cold and warm weather around the world.
Anyone know how the DB9s are doing so far? I know the Vanquishes are dreadful which is a terrible shame.
Just worried about reliability like Moogle.

I agree. As exclusive as it may be we always look for perfomrance and hp. For a car that they kept saying is a Porsche killer or 911 killer and coming out and saying it may not be as fast as C2S and blah blah blah... is a shame
.But again it could be a marketing gimmick to deviate everyone's attention from the real thing
. We still have to wait and see what media says about this car though.@fanch, good point regarding the desert test; only one car
.The final production car looks very nice but compare to the concept the front of it looks somewhat different to me.

I took a few minutes to compare the concept and the production version and I cannot tell if it's an optical illusion, or the changes I see actually exist.
The concept had better looking wheels and a lower stance, that is certain. However, the production version seems to have slightly different headlamps and perhaps a more rounded front bumper. The front render flare seems more aggressive in the concept as well, but it could just be the yellow paint and the angle. Somehow the production version looks a bit more toned down. Not sure why...

aston's reliability makes me scared, very scared.
ive seen 10 astons disabled due to no fault of the owner in the last 2 years.
one time i was having coffee with friends, some guy gets in his DB7 and it makes ALOT of smoke, then fails to start. boy was he embarrased.
