I like everything about this car except those little paddles on the sides of the instrument binnacle. I fear they’ll have a plastic tactile sensation and won’t align perfectly after they’ve been used some... Otherwise the interior has a “crisp” aesthetic that suits this car nicely. I would want to hear it, as a 120degree TTV6 is not my first choice for aural excitement. I suspect it’s just below 3L for EU and China regulations? I am curious about the gear ratios, especially since it doesn’t use the DCT for reverse. And I love the fact that it’s RWD. It’s got an aggressive appearing diffuser, but I’m surprised there’s not some more aero in the rear, did I miss something?
SSO, thanks as always for making good content!

My pleasure.
Agree on the gear ratios. I hope they are not too short.

DaveGordon:I'd take a 577hp, petrol-only one weighing 130kg less without the electric bits
That would really be something..
In five years, you'll salivate about the chance to buy a new car like the Artura.
Reality (aka EU emissions/crash/pedestrian protection regulations) has caught up with McLaren.

It's called a 458
No. In this case it’s called 600LT.
We're at the point where you can be the fastest or just sound like you're the fastest.
The secret of life is to admire without desiring.
BjoernB:I personally think it looks better than a 720 !
To be honest, it‘s not that difficult to look better than a 720.
Impressive? Yes. Futuristic? Yes. But good looking? Not something I would naturally associate with a 720.
