    Yeah, I did run it in, kept the revs down to under 4k (just about!) until 1000 miles (only 1100 now) and have just started letting it drift naturally towards the red line, but only now and then! The roads are a bit rubbish at the moment though eh?!

    The phone is still a major source of disappointment though, it really wasn't worth the money, partly because I rarely use it because its a pain swapping the card over and when I do use it people are always saying 'I can hardly hear you'. Around town they say its not too bad but on the motorway.. forget it, poor quality. How's yours? I might post a thread on this actually, see how everyone else is getting on.

    Ando i think the phone is fine actually, although i havent used it on the motorway with high speed driving yet,but i think the PCM ,phone ,satnav is brilliant Today i bought a "pay as you go" sim from 02 shop and put this sim into the car and all you need to do is before you get into the car, put the mobile on divert mode,then when you get out the car turn diverts off.This sounds complicated but beleive me its simple.I have set my mobile up so i use the speed dial function to switch diverts on and off,So its just one push of a button,and you never need to turn your mobile off

    I'm finding switching the sim card over a real pain. I've requested a dual sim from Vodafone, but they want to charge me Pounds7 a month for it, and I won't be able to use GPRS or include other network's mobile phones in my free minutes - as most of my friends seem to be on other networks, it would cost me a fortune. I also quite like using GPRS to get weather forecasts, or news information and considering I've got a phone that can do this, it's a shame not to be able to use it.

    In terms of quality of the handsfree, I've had mixed reactions - some people have said it sounds like I'm in a wind tunnel, and others say it sounds great. I'm not sure that those in the latter category are just being nice because they don't want me to get too cheesed off that I've wasted my money on something that doesn't work that well...

    Fellas, I posted some time back that dupe sim cards will be available from O2 by March, well I have some more good news, Orange will be offering dupe cards this March also. Seems that more suppliers are coming on board.

    Too True!! Exactly the same reaction from my friends. I've even had the wind tunnel thing! I love the SatNav, even though I rerely use it but the phone just annoys me. I think I'll take it back to PCWL, is the microphone on the dash area?

    My daughter upgraded her mobile on Saturday. The phones in my name so I had to speak to 'Orange', whilst talking I asked about dual sim cards, the 'Orange' representative explained that dual cards will be out in about March because of hands free. I would recon its general knowledge as I was speaking to an 'upgrade person' who was familiar with dupe cards. I'm a little surprised that you are not being told the same

    I've been trying on and off with Orange since I got my 997 in November but without success, I still have a mail reply outstanding so I'll remind them about that tonight.
    I'll believe it when I've got one in my hands!
