    Have you seen a GREEN 997/S?

    Has anybody seen a "Dark Teal," "Dark Olive," of "Forest Green" 997/S?

    I'm looking for an exciting low-key color, one that is great looking after you finally notice it.

    If so what did you think of those colors?

    I think the "Dark Olive" would be an interesting possibility to someone serious about choosing "Slate Grey."

    Anybody have a picture of these greens?

    There was a picture of a dark olive 997 at the Estoril dealer introduction last year on rennteam, but the search function on this excellent forum really sucks! Why can't you do something about that Administrator? I only get 20 hits -no more- whatever search I do, even the 24h last posts view (an ideal way of following this forum)only shows the last 20 posts.

    Btw dark olive is a very elegant color, just like midnight blue(and slate); nice at first look, really beautifull if you look more closely.

    I've seen a Dark Teal 996 and 996 Turbo.....looked great, but it is sort of a muted green color. Forest green is great and Dark Olive is supposed to be very nice in person.....just not a lot of pictures of any of them on 997s yet. Here's the Dark Teal Turbo.....

    Dark teal looks awesome - On the website the color looks so whack - more olive than anything

    Have you considered Atlas? Exciting - yes but you have to get close to see all that is in that color.

    If my memory is correct, I thought the sticker said teal. Anyone else remembers the car? Or maybe I am losing my memory...

    You're right, the Dark Olive was at San Diego not LA .

    Wow! Dark Olive. Good color. On the practicl side it would look fine parked in front of the house. Would fit in with the landscaping; I'd prefer not to park a flashy car there.

    That shot at San diego makes it look very nice - it would look great with red seat belts

    It is dark teal. I believe this very same car is now at a dealer close to my house (Torrance, CA).
