Short update .. I had one day with the car in Hockenheim, which was as great as it can be.
For obvious reasons I did not go to Portugal/Spain this winter and cancelled Lappland also.
The CUP got a new skin, images are from Dec but there has not been a lot of progress meanwhile. Stickers are planned for the next week, then some minor tweeks to the racecom and hopefully some tracks will be open.
I forgot to mention that I did not add the usual Bosch ABS but a race ABS/ESP (because of not enough chest hair) from Knechtges Motorsport, a company I never heard of and that does not have a web page. Did some tests with it and it seems to work perfectly
Some racing friends and myself got sort of frustrated about the situation and decided to do "Ice Trophy" this year on a very low budget. So everyone bought a very cheap car and did some low cost mods to it. Here is mine; it's a 1994 316i compact, more than 100hp and a joy to drive in snow (I had completely forgotten how fun manual cars are) . Ice Trophy has been cancelled , but we had lot of snow as a compensation
Gnil:Deco on the Cup looks great
It sure does.
Needs a good vacuum though

I used to race in the same team in 2011 as Carsten Knechtges when he won the VLN championship. He and his father are both engineers and Black Falcon was one the first teams using their ABS inVLN.
Enjoy your Cup, it‘s a fantastic car, had one of the best laps in my life with Christian Engelhardt at the wheel in Portimao.

Thanks all for the encouraging comments and thanks Mike for the info about Knechtges. Portimao is my most favorite track and I'm looking forward to be there again after Corona is over or at least over enough.
