    Jaguar Advanced Lightweight Coupé Concept (XK Preview)

    This detroit show concept gives an outlook how the next jag XK (due in autumn) might look...

    IMO quite good looking, but very aston-ique with some rangerover side airvents and nippon-style rear lights.

    Thats excactly the first thing that came to my mind when I saw the pic... is that an Aston? .... Not that looking like an Aston is bad though, looks good! (without the front lateral vacum cleaner intakes).
    And the "lightweight" word in there is music to my ears since that seems to have gone out of fashion form sportcars nowadays

    Well the XK8 followed the DB&... is this the Jag version of the AMV8?

    Although this looks very nice, whereas the XK8 didnt compare to the DB7 in the looks department. Then again, it may lose something in the production model

    It's a mix using Aston and Hynday coupe .. Not that fine !! See the face Almmost 100 Huday compliant .. and the side air vent .. Tssss

    Right on the money, there.
    Headlights look strange and the car is DEFINATELY NOT a Jag designwise.
    It's an Aston Martin.
    I wonder why they would plagiarize the DB9 totally??

    You know trying to design a British looking front engine coupe is not eady these days what with EU pedestrian impact and all of the worlds various safey and bumper laws.

    So if they borrowed some Aston bits (the windshield is def Aston)a silly Rover air vent and stuck a Jaguarish nose on it I guess thats what they gotta do.

    I like the concept, but I hate the bling bling thug wheels and the 'hood bumper chrome scoops. Bentley can thank hip hop Rap stars for saving their company, so maybe Jag wants
    some of that money.
