I was talking about making room UNDER the GT3 for the GT4RS...........The OTHER RS model.

50k bump would be an absolute tragedy for such a small evolution on the same platform with bigger wing. 220k€ base price is already a 25k increase and that’s stiff.

Nah. It was a slip of your mind that you forgot about the little guy.
All things point to the GT4RS occupying the 991 GT3's pricing slot. Maybe slightly below that.
Previously there wasn't room for the car with the 991 pricing, but by jacking up the 992 GT3's price, magically there is room.
Also means those that was hoping the GT4RS wouldn't be that much more expensive than the GT4 will be very disappointed.
The other sad news would be the Porsche going for markup instead of content for the GT4RS. I don't see them putting a detuned GT3 engine in the car, which could make sense given the increased MSRP, but I think it will be a tuned up version of the new flat 6 in the GT4 instead. ~450hp. Freer exhaust routing from the mid engine platform, and dual ram air intake behind the side windows, not too hard to do. The new GT4RS based GT4 race car could be quite competitive against the detuned GT3 race cars from Mercedes and McLaren.

I can see a sweet spot for 135K-ish base price then Weissach Pack then Mag wheels then 170...

put some carbon bits here and there and voila 
you can justify a GT3 at 175Kish base price

no need to be more high tech engine wise, a tune is enough and they will sell all of them without any issue. the GT engine stays with the protected child.

there is a new brother to insert into the range; GT4RS and if you had the chance to read the GT3 interview with Preuninger, coming 992 GT3 is full of exotic material normally specific to the RS...PAG never let carbon bits for free...
