And its attractively priced ! But Im sure it will be scoffed at.
It comes from a manufacturer who doesnt offer paint colors with Italian names that Ferrari owners cant pronounce properly,
It has no undecipherable German electrical parts diagrams from the Lucas Wald to romance Autobahn theorists,
It will surely be treated as trailer trash by the "Only Enzo Worshipped Here" people if they see one parked near
their "bella machinna,"
Porsche devotees would laugh at it even if came with its own perforated leather covered nuclear power plant and
a decoupage of Schumi's face on the hood.
Other than that, I'm sure its a brilliant car. Hurry,
somebody ask Nberry for his la Jolla angle on it.

Actually, the Saleen S7 is a much superior
vehicle than the Porsche CGT. Not only is
it quicker, faster and have better weighted
controls, it also comes with a vastly superior
set of fitted luggage. It has none of that look
of a 914 with a body kit and a Viper motor
conversion that the CGT is plagued with.

I didn't comment on the performance because I didn't drive it. However, I did see the ugly thing which is all I commented on. I'm assuming you've seen it in person? If you haven't, you haven't seen it. It looks much different (worse) in the flesh. And, I agree the CGT isn't the mostt gorgeous car in person - with the tops on. But, with the tops off, I think it's nice looking.

Here is an S7 test driver I saw at Symbolic, for reference as to what a base model looks like:
(There was also an Enzo there that day, and in comparison the S7 is much more American as you might expect. Rumbles and bumbles around, compared the the quiet Enzo)
