I am pretty worried this thing might become very expensive .....

in fact ,the more years the wait is long, the better is

i think will be around 250k euros with some options...(220 was my green one) ,270k euros with weissach package

I was just taking my RS to the 20 k km service today and saw the manager. He said : I hope my clients will not have to buy an electric car also in order to get the RS ... Smiley

He thinks also the car will be very expensive.....

we are in front of a nice economical tsunami and they already try to create some hype Smiley here RS are still roasting on the showroom floor...and not only 1 car...

Thanks a lot for sharing the videos and images. In one of the images it looks like some radiators/air intakes are now sitting in the frunk. Better weight distribution ? Better aero ? So far the car looks promising, although its price will be eyewatering ...

I for one like that the RS is going more aggressive, let the GT3 be the more road focused car.

Let’s not take our eyes off the ball. Porsche wants to sell a lot of cars. Historically they have followed an evolution design philosophy. These photos with all the camouflage of the car show a radical departure in styling. I very much doubt it will look close to what the pictures show. We all assume it’s the RS but for all we know it is the regular GT3.

Also, again historically Porshe prices it’s new models approximately 10% higher than the preceding model. A huge jump in price is not in Porsche DNA. My concern is dealers may try to recoup loses from Covid by marking up the car. If that happens, I will not participate. I’ll move on to something else or get out altogether.

But I think with a range expansion, there will also be models that are more hardcore (RS and RSR perhaps). Yes, the most extreme models will be more expensive, but they won’t go crazy with the design or pricing of the standard bread and butter GT3 (the looks have already been leaked in Super Bowl commercial and barely disguised examples at Nürburgring).

There is no way the huge winged version above is anything but an RS or even higher model...

Porsche needs to milk the GT cow as long as possible because they know that at some point...game over. angry

I understand the strategy but I wish they would have implemented it much earlier.

For GT cars owners maybe not the best news (from a residual value point of view) but for Porsche fans, this strategy is really great and provides everyone with the "right" car.
