KMM:What's with all the violent posting this morning? First this, then the PC v. Mac cartoon under the "Great One" thread...
The influence from the gun discussions...
The animated gif is not a real bird btw. but I agree, that PC vs. Mac cartoon was a bit...how to put it...off.

Aldo, have you heard why the diesel Panamera will have "only" 750 Nm, when the old V8 in the Cayenne have 800 Nm? Why scale down?
Maybe not a big issue for most people, but I'm thinking about changing from my current TS (800 Nm)to the new diesel. The new TS will be yet another year and I think the diesel would work great as a winter car now when it is 4wd. But I'm not really a diesel guy and the biggest mitigating factor for choosing a diesel for me would be huge amount of torque compared to a petrol car so.....
Call me crazy, but I think the rear is worse. When I say that I mean even though the original was bad, it was unique. It was a Panamera when you saw it. This rear is cookie cutter generic. I think what I dislike most is the diameter of the round window area behind the rear passenger windows (whatever you call that piece of glass.)
The 911 is sharper and the Panamera was more square. This looks like a big cheap swoosh of the pen. Looks cheap.
I think you will love that part when you see it in live. Why? Because it follows roof line incredibly well and it will be very pleasant for eye. In general, car looks very well, but I am kinda disappointed with big front lights that are cloned from current Panamera and air inlets that are cloned from Cayman.
I was hoping RC had right info when he mentioned headlights will be smaller this time

Any guesses about the Turbo S expected HP and Torque?
I think they have to go comfortably over 600HP, if only for marketing purposes, especially in light of so many other sport sedans having crossed that number (S8 Plus, RS6/7 Performance, new E63S, expected new M5, CTS-V, Hellcat).

There is a post from a well informed member earlier in this tread stating the new TS as a hybrid and with a 4.0 V8 with 550hp and the hybrid that gives another 136 hp..... Well over 600 But you'll have to wait one more year for that
