Hard Shifting 1st to 2nd when cold
There is now a TSB covering this subject. It replaces software and in some cases the DME control unit on 03, 04 and 05 models, Cayenne, S and TT.
I think this is already out there but it may be good to check as TSB's are normally the last part of the sequence not the first.

when a company creates too big and too complex software system regardless how well it's written, it's impossible to implement big software system without some reasonable real life testing by the users. This last thing Porsche AG ignored (also still attempts to hide and doesn't completely acknowledges...) in my opinion, at least for the first 1.5 Cayenne release years.
