you need to see the car live to judge imho. All ppl who have seen it live are saying it fits very good and no one said it needs to be painted or black or something else. Only on pictures it looks a little bit out of place. When you stand in front of the car you have a complete other viewing angle as on most of the pictures.
Besides that, each on their own. I love the look, it’s a stunner, never seen a car besides sport cars that looks so good in flash.

I drove my Audi center's RS6 a while ago and it is an amazing car. It doesn't sound too good though but the interior is so nice and quality is top notch. Performance was very good but I didn't get the feeling it is faster than my previous E63 S AMG.
When I returned the car, the sales guy told me that a Performance version will be available as well, very likely with 650 hp. Same for the new RSQ8. This will probably happen with the rumored Urus facelift, when the Urus gets close to or exactly 700 hp. I guess the current Corona crisis changed the planning a little bit, so we'll have to see.

Here’s the house, currently just a concept, for the Audi enthusiast.
Meet Ringhouse, an Architect’s Stunning Concept Home Based on Audi’s Logo

Polish architect Karina Wiciak is renowned for creating concept homesinspired by famous logos. Having already tackled Chevrolet, Adidas, Renault and Mitsubishi, the designer has penned a brand new Audi abode.
“Ringshouse” brings together a quartet of cylinders to create a monolithic design that’s a dead ringer for the marque’s iconic badge. Developed in 1932, this ring emblem symbolizes the unification of four previously independent automotive manufacturers—Audi, DKW, Horch and Wanderer—who joined forces to create Audi AG.
Beyond the circular logo, the concept also takes design cues from Audi’s century-long legacy and the architectural features that were popular during the automaker’s initial heyday. The corner-averse creation combines raw concrete, large planes of glass and rounded walls and windows.

The front façade of the 3,000-square-foot structure is made of ginormous glass windows to afford unobstructed views of the expansive front-yard pool and let in plenty of natural light. The expansive home is set across one level, with an underground garage and utility rooms underneath.
Similar to the previous designs, Wiciak has incorporated high ceilings and an open layout to encourage a natural flow and that all-important feng shui. Separated by glass walls, the floor plan sees a main corridor and lounge room, a dining room with a requisite grand piano, a well-appointed kitchen with high-end appliances, a study, library, two bedrooms with ensuites, plus an additional three baths.
While the concrete interiors create something on an industrial feel, the design is balanced by warm wood accents throughout. Meanwhile, lush greenery and large-scale contemporary art also add lively color to the space.
At the moment, the Ringshouse, along with Wiciak’s previous logo-inspired abodes, are just concepts and not yet livable homes. Still, her unique designs are a clever way to pay homage to both brands and our architectural history. May we suggest a crown-shaped Rolex palace next?

spudgun:Very gimmicky, don’t want...
It’s a concept house and follows her trend of using the brand logos as the basis of design. The Audi four rings lent itself well to a house and certain design elements could easily be adopted in a real home. The vaulted ceilings, for example, would be stunning in a real structure.

I love the bedroom and the kitchen, not so much the exterior.

That’s the purpose of theoretical architecture. Daniel Libeskind, the original architect of the World Trade Center site, was for decades a theoretical architect. That’s the reason why he has few buildings in his name. Many of the concept designs are impossible to build.
Gnil:What a fine car ! The lab goes well with the house color .
....and the Austrian plates work with the RS logo...
But the house again for Hunterone... your photos suggest that as part of maximizing the house architecture and the garden outlook, you settled for just a wide concrete pad for parking. Alternatively there is an enclosed garage somewhere out of sight?

That's a great combination 👌
The RS6 looks amazing. I on
l wished the rear bumper was less busy.
And that's a beautiful house. I've been designing mine for the past 18 months and have taken a similar modern minimalist approach. I wish I could have those windows in our unforgiving weather.

👍 Couldn’t agree more! 😎

hunterone:yes we opted for more living space instead of parking space indoors.
I rented 3 parking spots nearby for my wifes Cargo VW Sharan and for my McLaren. The DD are outdoors as you see on the photos.
Always interesting how people make these kinds off trade-offs. Especially as, having visited your city in winter, I know you will end up scraping snow and ice off the cars on a regular basis.
Funny thing on garages in Canada: most newer houses have them, but very often owners fill them with junk, so the cars sit outside anyways....

Pre heating with remote? Option on most cars nowadays…Don’t know why I would bother with parking inside when the car is ice free and warm when I get in.

for us living space was way more important than a closed garage. We have a garden shed, a waste and bike shed and many storage options in house. Also for Working with Tools/etc. my Wife has her "Atelier" with industrial kitchen furnishment.
This winter it was 2 times snow and around 10 times ice. It isnt that bad nowadays and as you stated live is always bounde with trade-offs.
At my home , all our DD cars stay outside . My 997 has been outside for 11 years now, and looks still very good , expect for the carpet behind the back seats that has now been eaten by the sun , and so has the plastic part at the bottom of the front windshield .
In the garage I have my motor bike, my tractor , all the family bicycles , the garden stuff etc......
This winter I did not have to scrape ici once !!!! Never happened before .
Space is a problem in suburban/ urban Europe . Land price is hugely expensive and I you want to add a garage or two on a single house , you have to find a very big plot , which is not that easy , or have an underground parking built in . Adds lots of costs .

Very nice cars and house. I would prefer a closed garage as well but your house looks amazing and there is enough protection from the street. If you lease cars and change them too often I doubt it makes a difference if they are parked outdoors. For cars you want to keep or very expensive cars a covered garage is a must.
