good question -- hard to believe, but judging by the pictures i share your impression.

It HAS to be glass!!! The Boxsters have been glass since 2003.

People almost want to trade in their earlier Boxsters just for the glass.

If it _weren't_ glass I would start to think I woke up in a different but parellel universe this morning.

Of course it will be glass. If it was not, that would be going back in time...

Then, why not using the good old 3.4l 300bhp of the 996 mk1???

It is definately glass, because of the above mentioned reasons and to me it actually looks like glass. The dark spot on the screen must be some kind of reflection and its curvature let's it rather appear like glass to me...
